Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At OmarVoyage, we take pride in offering high-quality travel gear and accessories that enhance your journey. If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process for eligible physical products.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Items that are worn, damaged due to misuse, or returned beyond the 14-day window are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Travel pillows and covers

  • Toiletry bottles or hygiene-related kits (if opened)

  • Soft goods that show signs of use

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or includes an incorrect product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and, if verified, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
